Nasir is the President of RealismAI. He is a visionary and accomplished leader with a distinguished career in aviation, major infrastructure, and technology development. With a master’s degree in Aviation Management & bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he brings a formidable technical and managerial foundation.

Mr. Hashmi’s expertise was honed on the front lines of international aviation infrastructure. He led critical projects with global giants like Bechtel International and Airsys ATM. He demonstrated a unique capacity for innovation, pioneering Pakistan’s first business charter airline and later developed the world’s first Hajj Training Simulator.

He leverages a deep experience to drive strategic growth and deliver exceptional value through SkyfallVR, offering technical precision, entrepreneurial acumen, and a proven track record of executing complex, high-stakes projects.

Faisal is the CEO & CTO of RealismAI. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University (1985–1989) and certifications in Netware Engineering, 3D Animation, and Command & Control Systems. He is a visionary entrepreneur and technology leader with over 30 years of pioneering experience in visualization and simulation.

He is the developer of the SkyfallVR freefall simulator, an advanced immersive system that represents the pinnacle of his work in high-fidelity simulation. His specialized expertise includes;

(1) Motion Capture (MoCap) Innovation: He developed a bespoke MoCap system based on regional body types, ensuring greater accuracy and realism for diverse user demographics.

(2) Advanced Navigation Research: Faisal has led research and advancements in a unique navigation solution that utilizes earth magnetics, pushing the boundaries of traditional positioning systems.

(3) Multi-Projection Seamless Displays: He possesses extensive experience in designing and deploying multiprojection seamless displays for complex flight simulators and mission-critical command and control environments.

(4) Technical Leadership: Since founding Microvision, Inc. in 1993, he has served as a driving force behind high-impact ventures including Microvision-SOA, Axon 313 Sdn. Bhd., and LabbaikVR.
